Kingscourt Surgery and COVID

COVID and Kingscourt Surgery

  • COVID has meant that we need to do things differently in Kingscourt Surgery
  • We are still fully functioning, please call us if you need our assistance.
  • We offer telephone consultations. For some the problem can be completely sorted out over the phone. For others, this allows us to take as much information as possible over the phone, thereby allowing us to plan your care, and reduce the amount of time needed in our surgery.
  • As a result our waiting room is a very controlled space.
  • Patients also have the option of waiting in their car, until we ring them to ask them to come straight into our room.
  • It is very important, that patients let us know if they have any COVID symptoms, so then we can plan the safest way to see them, if deemed necessary.
  • Our aim is to provide safe care for everyone.
  • Of note children's vaccinations and pregnancy visits are very important and  are continuing.
  • PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND OUR SURGERY IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS THAT COULD BE COVID WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A DOCTOR FIRST.
